Getting started with your account

A clear registration flow: email confirmation, first sign-in, profile checks, and password recovery.

Before registration

Use a personal email address that you can access reliably. Confirmation emails, password recovery, and important account notices are sent there. Enter your name and phone in a way that helps the support team identify your request if needed.

Create the account

Complete the registration form, choose the student role, and set any password you want. If the browser suggests a strong password, save it in a password manager.

Confirm your email

After registration, open the AllClasses email and follow the confirmation link in the same browser where you started registration. If the email is missing, check spam, promotions, and the spelling of the address before requesting another message.

First sign-in

After confirmation, sign in with the same email and password. The student cabinet gives access to lessons, plans, and access status. If lessons are not open yet, the cabinet shows the next available step without exposing internal reasons.

If access is lost

Use password recovery on the login page. The recovery link is valid for a limited time, so open it soon after receiving it. If the link has expired, request a new one and use the latest email.
