The operator offers AllClasses digital education services: access to published English lessons, videos, web lesson materials, tests, and related personal cabinet functions within the selected plan.
Legal basis
This offer is prepared for operation in the Republic of Uzbekistan with regard to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Electronic Commerce O'RQ-792, the Law On Personal Data O'RQ-547, and the Law On Consumer Rights Protection 221-I.
Acceptance
A user accepts the offer by creating an account, confirming agreement with the documents, starting payment setup, paying for a plan, or actually using the digital cabinet after registration. Electronic confirmation is treated as consent to the terms.
Price and payment
The plan price is shown on the pricing and payment setup pages before payment. Payment is processed through connected payment services. The operator does not store full bank card numbers or publish payment service credentials in public website code.
Service start
The service is considered started after account creation and provision of digital access to lessons or materials in the cabinet. For paid plans, access is provided after successful payment confirmation by the service system.
Term
These terms apply from acceptance and cover use of the site, account, cabinet, payments, lesson access, and support requests. Individual plans may have their own access period shown in payment setup or the cabinet.

Changes to terms
The operator may update documents to reflect product, legal, or payment process changes. A new version applies after publication on the site unless the law requires otherwise or the document states a different effective rule.
Disputes
Disputes are first reviewed through service support using account, payment, subscription, and payment service status data. If the matter is not resolved, it is handled under the procedure required by Uzbekistan law.
