Terms for concluding a contract for AllClasses digital educational services in electronic form.

The operator offers the user AllClasses digital educational services: access to published English language lessons, videos, printable materials, tests and the functions of the personal account within the limits of the selected plan.
Legal basis
The offer is prepared for operation in the Republic of Uzbekistan taking into account the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce" O‘RQ-792, the Law "On Personal Data" O‘RQ-547 and the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" 221-I.
Acceptance of the offer
The user accepts the offer by creating an account, marking agreement with the documents, proceeding to payment checkout, paying for a plan or actually using the personal account after registration.
Cost and payment
The cost of the plan is displayed on the pricing page and during payment checkout before the payment is made. Payment is carried out through the connected payment organizations. AllClasses does not accept the full bank card number and CVV on the website pages.
Start of provision of the service
The service is deemed to have started after the account is created and digital access to lessons or materials is granted in the personal account. For paid plans, access is granted after the payment is successfully confirmed.
Term of validity
The terms are in force from the moment of acceptance and apply to the use of the website, the account, the personal account, payment, access to lessons and inquiries to support. The access term under the plan is indicated on the pricing page, during payment checkout or in the personal account.

Changes to the terms
The operator may update the documents to reflect changes in the product, legislation or payment processes. The new version applies after publication on the website, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the document.
Disputes
Disputes are first considered through the service support taking into account the data of the account, payment, subscription and the user's inquiry. If the matter is not resolved, it is settled in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
