The service may process name, email, phone number, user role, registration comments, session data, interface language, payment records, subscription records, refund and receipt records, lesson progress, test attempts, and support requests.
Personal data
Personal data is processed with regard to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Personal Data O'RQ-547. Data is processed for registration, email confirmation, access provision, payments, support, security, and legal compliance.
Consent and lawful purposes
The user consents to data processing during registration, acceptance of documents, payment, or service use. Where processing is required for contract performance, security, accounting, or a legal obligation, it is performed in the necessary scope.
Payments and payment services
Payment operations are processed by connected payment organizations. The AllClasses website does not collect full card numbers or CVV. Disputed operations, refunds, and payment documents are reviewed through support using account and payment-provider data.
Storage and protection
Data is stored as long as needed for the account, contract, access, support, financial records, security, and legal requirements. Access to personal data is limited through organizational and technical safeguards.
User rights
Users may request information about their data, correction of inaccuracies, restriction of processing, or deletion where applicable and where this does not conflict with contractual, accounting, payment, or legal obligations.
