The service may process the name, email, phone, user role, comment at registration, session data, interface language, information about payments, subscription, refunds, receipts, lesson progress, test attempts and inquiries to support.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out taking into account the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" O‘RQ-547. The data is used for registration, email confirmation, granting access, payments, support, security and fulfillment of legal requirements.
Consent and lawful purposes
The user gives consent to the processing of data upon registration, acceptance of the documents, payment or use of the service. If processing is required for the performance of the contract, security, accounting or a legal obligation, it is carried out to the extent necessary.
Payments and payment organizations
Payment operations are processed by the connected payment organizations. The AllClasses website does not accept the full card number and CVV. Disputed operations, refunds and payment documents are handled through support based on the data of the account and the payment provider.
Storage and protection
Data is stored for as long as necessary for the account, the contract, access, support, financial accounting, security and legal requirements. Organizational and technical measures to restrict access are applied for protection.
User rights
The user may request information about their data, correction of inaccuracies, restriction of processing or deletion of data, if this is applicable and does not conflict with the contractual, accounting, payment or legal obligations of the operator.
Data transfer
Data may be transferred to payment, email, hosting, analytics, monitoring and technical providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service, user support and compliance with the law.
