Session security
AllClasses uses secure cookie sessions, additional checks for sensitive actions, session renewal, and logout. Users should keep passwords private and must not transfer account access to third parties.
Payment security
Payment data is entered in a protected payment flow. AllClasses does not ask users to send full card numbers, CVV, passwords, or one-time codes through support.
Material access
Private videos and Web lesson materials are available only to users with the appropriate access status. Users must not publish links, bypass restrictions, or transfer materials to third parties.
Administrative protection
Management areas are available only to users with the required role and may require two-factor verification. Subscription, payment, refund, and lesson actions are recorded for security and support.
Reporting a problem
If a user notices suspicious login, mistaken payment, leaked link, access failure, or a possible vulnerability, they should contact support and must not share passwords, CVV, or one-time codes.
