How to protect your account, recover your password, and work safely on shared devices.
A strong password
Use a unique password at least eight characters long with letters of different case and a digit. Do not reuse the password from your email, bank, or other services. It is best to use a password manager for storage.
Password recovery
If you forgot your password, request a recovery link to the account email. Open the latest message and complete the password change right away: old links may become invalid after a new request.
Session security
On someone else's or a shared device, sign out of your account after a lesson. Do not save your password in the browser if other people use the computer. If you doubt the device's security, change your password after signing in from your personal phone or laptop.
What must never be shared
AllClasses staff do not ask for your password, one-time codes, CVV, or full card data. If someone requests such information on behalf of the service, do not respond and contact support through the official website.
