Strong password
Use a unique password with at least eight characters, mixed letter case, and a number. Do not reuse your email, bank, or other service password. A password manager is the safest way to store it.
Password recovery
If you forgot the password, request a recovery link for the account email. Open the latest email and complete the change right away: older links may stop working after a new request.
Session safety
On someone else’s or a shared device, sign out after the lesson. Do not save the password in the browser if other people use the computer. If you are unsure whether a device is safe, change the password from your own phone or laptop.
What not to share
AllClasses team members do not ask for your password, one-time codes, CVV, or full card details. If someone requests this information on behalf of the service, do not reply and contact support through the official site.
